On August 20, 2009, the Airline of the Moscow Government “Atlant-Soyuz” and Ilyushin Finance Co. have signed the agreement on financial leasing of 45 Russia-made aircraft

Pursuant to the document 30 regional passenger AN-148 and 15 middle-range passenger TU-204CM aircraft will be delivered for operation to the Air Company “Atlant-Soyuz” from 2010 till 2012.
The AN-148-100E aircraft will be delivered to the company from 2020 till 2012. in 2012 the air company is going to receive 10 elongated AN-148-200 aircraft. Five AN-148-“ABJ” aircraft will be delivered to the company from 2011 till 2012. Thus the completing of the company’s air fleet with the AN-148 aircraft is planned to be finished within three years from 2010 till 2012.

TU-204CM aircraft is planned to be put into operation within two years: 8 aircraft in 2011, 7 in 2012. AN-148 and TU-204CM aircraft meet all international environmental requirements and can perform flights to any country of the world with no restrictions. Commonality of the aircraft systems allow to optimize operational expenses significantly.

The AN-148-100E is going to arrive to the company in two-class layout. The number of passenger seats is 68, the maximum flight range upon full payload is 4400 km. The elongated AN-148-200 aircraft of two-class layout can accommodate up to 87 passengers. This aircraft types are serially manufactures at OJSC “Voronezh Joint-Stock Aircraft Association” (VASO).

The TU-204CM is the recent modification of the certified TU-204 aircraft manufactured at the Ulianovsk aircraft plant “Aviastar-SP”. The seat capacity of TU-204CM to be received by the company total 166. the flight range with the maximum commercial payload is up to 4000 km.

The strategy of development of the Air Company “Altant-Soyuz” fleet is based on the principles of prevalence of the home-made aircraft. The company plans to become the biggest operator of the Russia-made aircraft. Delivery of the new aircraft to the company will allow to develop effective route net covering all big cities of Russia, Europe and Asia, and perform regular flights at the maximum frequency.
