Atlant-Soyuz Airline takes part in a TV program “Aviators” broadcast on NTV channel

June 4, 2009, Atlant-Soyuz, the Airline of the Moscow Government and a weekly TV program “Aviators” produced by the NTV Broadcasting Company made a B-roll, devoted to charter air transportation.
In the mentioned TV program one can see the process of airplane pre-flight maintenance, passenger registration for the flight, the difference between charter and regular flights, and besides, the flight crew performance. The specific nature of charter air transportation, price and flight schedule formation is particularly covered.
Mr. Eugene Bachurin, CEO of Atlant-Soyuz, answered the questions, concerning passengers’ rights in flight and on the ground, pointing out that the transportation rules are equal for both charter and regular flights. He also added that more than 90 % of “Atlant-Soyuz Airline” flights depart in accordance with the flight schedule. In case of a delay, airline staff must explain to the passengers its reasons and, according to the Federal Aviation Rules, provide them with the necessary services, such as beverages, catering, telephones and the Internet; in case of more than 8 hours flight delay they must provide the passengers with hotel accommodation. Specialists of the airline kindly showed the whole process of airplane preparation and service on board, the work of a commercial department, the scheme of price formation for a charter flight, and they showed the work of a crew in flight.
