Goods to declare

In case of having any goods subject to obligatory written declaration you shall fill in the customs declaration and show it to the customs officer together with the transported goods.

In case of no goods subject to obligatory written declaration filling in of the customs declaration is not necessary.

Attention!

Showing you baggage to the customs officer when crossing the boarder you DECLARE that there are NO GOODS subject to declare in you baggage apart those specified in the written form.

FOR CUSTOMS OFFENSE INDIVIDUAL PERSONS ARE BROUGHT TO ADMINISTRATIVE AND CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH EXISTING LEGISLATION OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION.

LIST OF GOODS SUBJECT TO OBLIGATORY WRITTEN DECLARATION PURSUANT TO LEGISLATION OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION

  1. Imported goods with total price exceeding 65 000 RUB and/or with total weight exceeds 35 kg.
  2. Imported foreign currency in cash and (or) the currency of Russian Federation, and travelers cheques, and foreign and (or) domestic securities in physical certified form, in the amount exceeding 10,000 (ten thousand) USD
  3. Exported foreign currency in cash and (or) the currency of Russian Federation if its amount exceeds in equivalent 3000 (three thousand) USD
  4. Exported travelers cheques in the amount exceeding in equivalent 10,000 (ten thousand) USD.
  5. Exported foreign and (or) domestic securities in physical certified form, earlier imported or transferred to Russian Federation, under the requirement of the customs legislation of Russian Federation, specified in the customs declaration or other document confirming the import or export of such assets to Russian Federation.
  6. Precious metals (gold, silver, platinum family, palladium, iridium, rhodium, ruthenium and osmium) in any appearance when imported temporarily or when exported (except temporary importation of jewelry including those which contain precious metals).
  7. Precious stones temporary imported, imported emeralds, rubies, sapphires, alexandrines, natural raw and treated pearls, unique amber formations, diamonds.
  8. Cultural valuables.
  9. Imported Russian Federation governmental rewards.
  10. Plants and animals, their parts, derivatives as well as drawn products from them, which are under the danger of extinction.
  11. Weapons (devices and items which are designed for killing human targets or signaling), firearms main parts (barrels, bolts, cylinders, receivers, breech frames), cartridges) and ammunition (shells, gunpowder etc.).
  12. Imported alcohol drinks in the amount exceeding 2 liters.
  13. Imported tobacco goods in the amount exceeding 50 cigars, 100 cigarillos, 200 cigarettes, 0.25 kg of tobacco (in case of importing tobacco goods of one type in the amount exceeding 100 cigars, 200 cigarillos, 400 cigarettes, 0.5 kg of tobacco).
  14. Narcotic and psychotropic substances, and their precursors.
  15. Drastic and poisonous substances.
  16. Hf and radio-electronic devices except peripherals.
  17. Special technical devices designed for obtaining information secretly.
  18. Exported materials which contain National Security Information/State secret.
  19. Nuclear materials, special non-nuclear materials and relevant technologies.
  20. Radioactive isotopes, radioactive substances and goods based on them.
  21. Exported raw materials, equipment, sci-tech information, results of intellectual activity, which may be used to crate weapons of mass-destruction, their delivery means, other types of arms and military hardware.
  22. Imported chemicals, which may be used to create chemical warfare.
  23. Military purpose products.
  24. Vehicles (means of transportations).
  25. Goods which are transported unescorted.
  26. Goods which are sent for an individual person for private use except goods which are sent in international mail.
