Method of return

If you paid your tickets by banker’s card you can return them by sending request with information about the order by email: booking@atlant-soyuz.ru or by calling to the information and reference center of Air company “Atlant-Soyuz” 8-391-2555-999 and request to return the internet order.

If you paid your tickets at “Euroset” office you can also make the return at such office. Please red the instruction for e-ticket return through Euroset.
